I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic with the Botanical Gardens and charming shops nearby, the room and service left something to be desired. The spa experience I booked was great, but room service was hit-or-miss. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with potential but could use improvements in certain areas.
